Role Summary
The Brand & Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support customer acquisition objectives. The role requires a strategic marketing professional with experience in brand management, corporate communications, digital marketing, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen the organization's market presence and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all communication channels.
  • Monitor brand performance and implement initiatives to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and reputation.

Marketing & Business Growth

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve commercial objectives.

Corporate Communications

  • Develop and manage internal and external communication strategies that strengthen corporate reputation.
  • Create high-quality communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, presentations, speeches, and corporate publications.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communication platforms.

Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Manage the organization's digital presence across websites, social media platforms, and other online channels.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and optimize marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Market Research & Performance Analysis

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Measure marketing performance using relevant KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
  • Recommend innovative marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share.


Requirements 

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of four (4) years' experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications, or related roles.
  • Previous experience within the financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
