Job Title: AI Trainer – Accountant & Auditor (APAC/MEA)

Location: Remote (Asian-Pacific, Middle East & Africa)

Eligible Locations: Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Vetnam, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Turkey

Employment Type: Short-Term Contract (9 Weeks)

Work Schedule: Minimum of 4 hours daily (up to 40 hours per week) with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Compensation: USD $9 per hour

Length of Contract: 2 Months

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Accountants and Auditors to help train advanced AI systems. In this role, you will design, evaluate, and refine realistic accounting and audit scenarios; assess technical accuracy; and ensure outputs reflect professional standards and real‑world practice. Your expertise will guide AI models to produce reliable, practical, and well‑reasoned solutions across financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and assurance engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high‑quality accounting and audit tasks and model solutions that meet expert standards.
  • Review and refine AI‑generated outputs under senior guidance, integrating calibration feedback to improve accuracy and consistency.
  • Apply standard criteria established by the Functional SME Lead to ensure all work aligns with professional and technical expectations.
  • Validate the technical soundness, completeness, and real‑world relevance of scenarios, reasoning steps, and final outputs.
  • Continuously iterate on task design and evaluation methods to enhance AI performance across financial reporting, controls, compliance, and assurance domains.


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in Accounting, Finance,
  • Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in; Accounting, External Audit, Internal Audit, Financial Reporting, Assurance, Finance Operations

Professional Qualifications
One or more of the following qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
  • Candidates actively pursuing these professional certifications are also encouraged to apply.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting systems.
  • Ability to communicate complex accounting concepts in a clear and structured manner.
  • Experience reviewing technical accounting documentation or audit working papers.
