Job Summary:

  • Responsible for leading strategic objectives, overseeing functional departments, and ensuring the successful delivery of all Company solutions.
  • Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and driving client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for giving strategic oversight to both technical and shared services departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and business goals, and driving operational excellence across board.


Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for Company’s solutions portfolio aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to all technical departments, ensuring service delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation in cybersecurity offerings.
  • Manage the daily operations of the SOC, Cyber Defense, Offensive Security, and Security Engineering teams to ensure efficient operations and consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, industry frameworks, and client obligations, maintaining full compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee the effective delivery of Company services such as SOC monitoring, threat intelligence, incident response, penetration testing, red/blue team operations amongst others.
  • Implement processes for quality assurance to ensure that Company’s solutions delivery meets high standards of performance, security, and reliability.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA degree required.
  • 15+ years of experience, preferably in the technical and cybersecurity sector.
  • At least 8 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Management-level cybersecurity certifications, e.g., CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or similar cybersecurity credentials.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other operational management certifications.
