Role Overview
The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a fast‑growing television broadcasting and media distribution organization. This role is responsible for shaping long‑term business direction, driving commercial expansion, and ensuring the seamless execution of broadcast, content, and distribution operations.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience within the media industry, with a strong understanding of broadcast management, audience dynamics, content monetization, and multi‑platform media distribution. The Managing Director will lead the development and implementation of strategic plans, optimize operational performance, and champion innovation across all business units.

- Develop and execute the organization's long-term vision, strategic objectives, and business plans.

Corporate Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Stakeholder Management

Requirements
Education
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Digital Business, or a related discipline.
- Relevant executive or professional certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior management role.
- Proven success leading business strategy, operations, and commercial growth.
- Experience within Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, Marketing Communications, Technology, Digital Services, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L, organizational transformation, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, customer acquisition strategies, media buying, analytics, and performance marketing.
