Job Title: Senior AI Trainer- Management Consultant- LatAm, North America

Industry: Artificial Intelligence (AI) | Software Development

Location: Fully Remote

Eligible Regions: Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Canada, Columbia

Employment Type: Short-Term Contract (2 Months)

Work Schedule: Minimum of 4 hours per day (up to 40 hours per week) with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Compensation: USD $29 per hour

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced management consultants across Latin America and North America to serve as Senior AI Trainers, helping shape advanced AI systems designed to support strategic advisory, problem‑solving, and executive‑level decision‑making. In this senior role, you will design, evaluate, and refine complex consulting scenarios that mirror real‑world engagements—spanning market analysis, operational transformation, financial modeling, organizational design, change management, and strategic planning.

You will review and elevate the work of other contributors, ensuring all outputs demonstrate rigorous reasoning, structured methodologies, and regionally relevant business insight. Your expertise will guide AI models to produce reliable, hypothesis‑driven, and client‑ready responses that reflect the expectations of top‑tier consulting environments.

As a senior trainer, you will also influence rubric development, mentor junior team members, and drive quality consistency across pods operating in diverse LatAm and North American markets, each with unique business cultures, regulatory contexts, and industry landscapes.

This role is ideal for seasoned consultants who want to combine their strategic expertise with emerging AI technologies—and play a pivotal role in building intelligent tools that support consulting teams and business leaders across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high‑complexity consulting tasks and gold‑standard solutions across strategy, operations, market analysis, financial modeling, and organizational transformation, setting the benchmark for pod quality.
  • Review, calibrate, and elevate the work of other trainers, ensuring structured problem‑solving, rigorous reasoning, and alignment with consulting best practices across LatAm and North America.
  • Identify and escalate genuine edge cases, rubric gaps, and ambiguous methodological criteria to the Functional SME Lead for clarification and refinement.
  • Ensure all scenarios and solutions reflect real‑world consulting workflows, including hypothesis‑driven analysis, stakeholder management, change‑readiness assessment, and region‑specific business dynamics.
  • Mentor junior contributors, refine task‑creation frameworks, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen overall pod performance and AI capability in management‑consulting domains.

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy/management consulting at Engagement Manager to Principal level.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.

Preferred Technical Competence

  • Background in a top‑tier or boutique consulting firm
  • Expertise in strategy development, operating‑model design, and structuring rigorous, insight‑driven business cases.
  • Proven experience leading client engagements, managing teams, and ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables.
  • Exceptional analytical and executive‑communication skills, with the ability to create, review, and elevate complex AI‑generated consulting outputs.
