About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion within the healthcare ecosystem. The role requires a commercially astute professional with experience selling healthcare, HMO, health insurance, or healthtech solutions to corporate and institutional clients.

This position is target-driven and plays a critical role in expanding the clients footprint, building long-term partnerships, and converting opportunities into sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, and partner channels.

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships within the healthcare and insurance ecosystem.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored healthcare solutions to clients.

  • Track pipeline performance and provide regular sales and market intelligence reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Health Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4–7 years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Commercial roles.

  • Proven experience within healthcare, HMOs, health insurance, healthtech, or related sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
