Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company's maritime security and logistics services. 


The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong networking ability, industry awareness, and the capacity to engage clients across the maritime, oil & gas, shipping, and logistics sectors.


The ideal candidate should have practical experience fostering B2B partnerships with focus on Security Solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the maritime, oil & gas, logistics, and shipping sectors.
  • Promote the company's maritime security and support service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vessel operators, terminal operators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and business meetings to drive service adoption.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support contract negotiations and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related discipline

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Previous experience within maritime, logistics, oil & gas, or security services industries is highly preferred.
