About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Marketing Officer to support business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and market engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting the bank's products and services, driving deposit mobilization, and building strong customer relationships within assigned markets.

This role is best suited for an energetic professional with strong communication skills, sales drive, and a good understanding of financial service marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the bank's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Drive deposit mobilization and support business development activities.
• Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct market visits and customer engagement activities regularly.
• Support loan generation and customer follow-up processes.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve basic inquiries or complaints.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare weekly activity and performance reports.

Candidate Profile
Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, sales, or customer acquisition within the banking or financial services sector.
