About the Job

You are responsible for driving online brand visibility, engagement, and growth through strategic digital campaigns, social media management, and content optimization. This role ensures campaigns are data-driven, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives, while collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, email, and web.
  • Create a content calendar and ensure timely, relevant, and engaging content is published.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other digital assets.

Social Media Management & Community Engagement

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, respond to followers, and cultivate online communities.
  • Analyze trends to optimize social media strategies and increase audience reach.

Analytics & Performance Measurement

  • Track, measure, and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to inform strategy adjustments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with creative, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Support other marketing initiatives such as events, promotions, and product launches.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a media, creative, or advertising company.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and digital campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to deliver content and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Hands on experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
