Role Overview

In this senior role, you will design, evaluate, and refine complex sales scenarios that reflect real‑world enterprise, mid‑market, and technical‑solution selling across diverse regional markets. You will review and elevate the work of other contributors, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards of commercial judgment, professionalism, and regional sales best practices.

Your expertise will guide AI models to produce reliable, context‑aware, and strategically sound responses across prospecting, discovery, qualification, negotiation, forecasting, and account growth. As a senior trainer, you will also contribute to rubric development, mentor junior team members, and drive quality consistency across pods operating in both LatAm and North America’s dynamic sales environments.

This role is ideal for seasoned sales professionals who want to combine their commercial expertise with emerging AI technologies and play a pivotal part in building intelligent tools that support sales teams across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high‑complexity sales tasks and gold‑standard solutions that set the benchmark for commercial rigor, strategic depth, and regional relevance across LatAm and North America.
  • Review, calibrate, and elevate the work of other trainers, ensuring consistent quality, strong sales judgment, and adherence to pod standards in all outputs.
  • Identify and escalate true edge cases, rubric gaps, and ambiguous sales‑methodology standards to the Functional SME Lead for clarification and alignment.
  • Ensure all scenarios and solutions reflect real‑world enterprise and mid‑market selling practices, regional cultural nuances, and industry‑specific expectations across both markets.
  • Mentor junior contributors, refine task‑creation frameworks, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen overall pod performance and AI sales‑enablement capabilities.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in target-based B2B or enterprise sales roles, managing strategic accounts and complex, multi‑stage deal cycles.

Preferred Technical Competence

  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing high‑value, multi‑year enterprise agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder buying groups, including executive sponsors, technical evaluators, procurement, legal, and finance.
  • Strong command of formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or comparable frameworks.
  • Expertise in account planning, opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, commercial negotiation, and deal strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, risk identification, executive engagement, and cross‑functional deal coordination.
