Remuneration: ₦6,000,000 – ₦7,000,000 Gross Annual

As the organization continues to expand, it is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its technology function, strengthen digital capabilities, and ensure secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations that support business growth.

Position Overview
The IT Manager will be responsible for leading the organization's technology operations, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of its IT infrastructure while driving digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a proactive technology leader who can align IT strategy with business objectives, manage critical technology projects, and foster a secure and efficient technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Governance

• Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and automation.
• Recommend innovative technology solutions that enhance business performance and service delivery.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Oversee the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure maximum system availability, reliability, and performance across all business functions.
• Monitor IT operations to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Digital Transformation & Project Delivery

• Lead technology transformation initiatives that improve productivity and business processes.
• Manage IT projects from planning through implementation while ensuring timely delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support long-term business growth.

Vendor & Budget Management

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure value and service quality.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget while ensuring cost-effective technology investments.

Leadership & Team Development

• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the IT team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Promote collaboration between IT and other business units to support organizational objectives.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive IT experience.
• At least 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory IT role.
• Previous experience within financial services, banking, fintech, investment management, or a related industry is highly preferred.
