Work Schedule: Minimum of 4 hours daily (up to 40 hours per week) with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Financial and Investment Analysts across Europe to help train advanced AI systems used in modern finance, investment research, and advisory environments. In this role, you will design, evaluate, and refine realistic analytical scenarios—ranging from equity and fixed‑income research to portfolio construction, valuation modeling, market commentary, and risk assessment. You will assess the accuracy, rigor, and relevance of AI‑generated outputs, ensuring they reflect European regulatory standards, industry best practices, and real‑world analytical judgment.
Your expertise will guide AI models to produce reliable, well‑reasoned, and actionable insights across fundamental analysis, financial modeling, macroeconomic interpretation, due diligence, and investment strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Develop high‑quality financial analysis tasks, valuation exercises, and investment scenarios that meet the pod's expert quality standards across equity research, fixed income, portfolio management, and corporate finance.
- Review and refine AI‑generated analytical outputs under senior guidance, incorporating calibration feedback to strengthen accuracy, rigor, and alignment with European market practices.
- Apply rubric criteria established by the Functional SME Lead to ensure all work adheres to professional analytical methodologies, regulatory expectations, and industry best‑practice frameworks.
- Validate assumptions, calculations, modeling logic, and narrative reasoning to ensure outputs reflect real‑world financial judgment and defensible investment insights.
- Iterate on task design, evaluation methods, and solution structures to continuously enhance AI performance across forecasting, valuation, risk assessment, and investment decision‑making workflows.
Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience & Skills Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Analyst or Associate in investment banking, asset management, equity research, credit analysis, or corporate finance.
- CFA Level II or higher, or active progress toward the CAIA designation; a completed charter is preferred for candidates with 5–6 years of experience.
- Deep expertise in valuation, financial modeling, forecasting, and financial‑statement analysis.
- Hands‑on experience in credit assessment, capital markets, investment research, or portfolio evaluation.
- Ability to produce technically accurate, realistic finance tasks with clear assumptions, structured calculations, rigorous analysis, and well‑supported recommendations.
