Job Title: Senior AI Trainer- Customer Success Manager- APAC/MEA

Eligible Regions: APAC/MEA (Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Vietnam, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Turkey

Employment Type: Short-Term Contract (2 Months)

Work Schedule: Minimum of 4 hours per day (up to 40 hours per week) with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Compensation: USD $15 per hour

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Customer Success Managers across APAC and MEA to serve as Senior AI Trainers, helping shape advanced AI systems designed to support global post‑sales, adoption, and retention workflows. In this senior role, you will design, evaluate, and refine complex customer‑success scenarios that mirror real‑world enterprise and mid‑market environments—spanning onboarding, value realization, account health management, renewal strategy, and expansion planning.

You will review and elevate the work of other contributors, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards of customer‑centric reasoning, commercial awareness, and regional best practices. Your expertise will guide AI models to produce reliable, context‑aware, and strategically aligned responses across stakeholder management, risk mitigation, QBR preparation, product adoption guidance, and long‑term account growth.

As a senior trainer, you will also influence rubric development, mentor junior team members, and drive quality consistency across pods operating in diverse APAC and MEA markets with varying customer expectations, cultural norms, and product landscapes.

This role is ideal for seasoned CSM professionals who want to combine their customer‑success expertise with emerging AI technologies—and play a pivotal role in building intelligent tools that support customer‑facing teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high‑complexity customer‑success tasks and gold‑standard solutions that set the benchmark for strategic account management, value realization, and retention excellence across APAC and MEA.
  • Review, calibrate, and elevate the work of other trainers, ensuring consistent quality, strong customer‑centric reasoning, and adherence to pod standards in all outputs.
  • Identify and escalate genuine edge cases, rubric gaps, and ambiguous customer‑success criteria to the Functional SME Lead for clarification and alignment.
  • Ensure all scenarios and solutions reflect real‑world post‑sales workflows, including onboarding, adoption planning, risk mitigation, renewal strategy, and expansion opportunities across diverse regional markets.
  • Mentor junior contributors, refine task‑creation frameworks, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen overall pod performance and AI capability in customer‑success domains.

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Success or account management, primarily within enterprise SaaS environments.

Preferred Technical Competence

  • Demonstrated ownership of strategic enterprise accounts, overseeing complex customer lifecycles, renewals, retention motions, and revenue‑growth initiatives.
  • Extensive experience building and operationalizing health‑score frameworks, renewal playbooks, risk‑management processes, and success metrics.
  • Proven ability to cultivate trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and confidently lead business reviews, escalations, and strategic conversations.
  • Expertise in designing and executing onboarding, adoption, value‑realization, retention, and account‑expansion strategies across diverse customer segments and regional markets.
