Position Overview
Our client, a reputable Life Insurance Organization, is seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional for the role of Head, Retail Sales. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership for the retail sales function, drive revenue growth, expand market penetration, and oversee high-performing sales teams across designated regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute retail sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate sales teams to achieve business growth targets.
  • Drive customer acquisition and portfolio expansion across retail market segments.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective measures where necessary.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze market intelligence and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance updates for executive management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of10 years relevant sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within the Insurance or related industries.
  • Proven track record in driving retail sales growth and managing large sales teams.
  • Strong business development and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
