Job Title: Inventory & E-Commerce Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory & E-Commerce Officer to manage inventory records, maintain product listings, and support daily e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have strong data management skills, experience with POS systems (preferably TracePOS), and basic e-commerce cataloguing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and reconcile inventory records
  • Manage stock movements and inventory updates
  • Create and update online product listings
  • Process transactions using POS systems
  • Generate inventory and sales reports
  • Support order processing and fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity

Requirements

  • OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 1–3 years experience in inventory, retail, or e-commerce operations
  • Experience with POS systems (TracePOS is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and accountability
