Job Title: AI Trainer – Technical & Scientific Sales Representatives (APAC/MEA/North America)

Location: Fully Remote

Eligible Regions: United States, Canada, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Vietnam, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Turkey

Employment Type: Short-Term Contract (2 Months)

Work Schedule: Minimum of 4 hours per day (up to 40 hours per week) with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Compensation: USD $9 per hour

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Technical and Scientific Sales Representatives across APAC, MEA, and North America to help train advanced AI systems used in complex B2B and technical‑product sales environments. In this role, you will design, evaluate, and refine realistic sales scenarios involving technical solution positioning, product demonstrations, customer discovery, and objection handling. You will assess the accuracy, clarity, and commercial relevance of AI‑generated outputs, ensuring they reflect real‑world sales practices, technical credibility, and the professional standards expected across diverse global markets.

Your expertise will guide AI models to produce reliable, well‑reasoned, and context‑appropriate responses across technical product explanation, needs assessment, competitive positioning, proposal development, and deal progression. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high‑fidelity technical and scientific sales scenarios, tasks, and model solutions that meet the pod’s expert quality standards across APAC, MEA, and North American markets.
  • Review and refine AI‑generated sales interactions under senior guidance, incorporating calibration feedback to strengthen technical accuracy, clarity, and commercial relevance.
  • Apply rubric criteria established by the Functional SME Lead to ensure outputs align with industry‑specific sales methodologies, product knowledge requirements, and regional best practices.
  • Validate the technical soundness, customer‑centric reasoning, and solution‑fit logic within AI outputs to ensure they reflect real‑world scientific and technical sales workflows.
  • Iterate on task design, evaluation methods, and solution frameworks to continuously enhance AI capability across product demonstrations, needs assessment, competitive positioning, and deal progression.


Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or scientific sales, solutions consulting, or another customer‑facing role involving complex products or technologies.
  • Educational or professional background in engineering, life sciences, healthcare, technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven ability to conduct in‑depth discovery conversations to uncover customer requirements, challenges, workflows, and decision drivers.
  • Strong capability in assessing solution fit, explaining complex products clearly, and addressing technical objections from diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Skilled at creating realistic, technically accurate tasks that reflect real‑world sales workflows—including discovery, solution mapping, demonstrations, proposals, and customer recommendations.
