Work Schedule: Minimum of 4 hours daily (up to 40 hours per week) with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced B2B Account Executives to help train advanced AI systems designed for modern sales organizations. In this role, you will create, evaluate, and refine realistic sales workflows, prospecting strategies, deal‑management scenarios, and customer‑engagement interactions. You will assess the accuracy, relevance, and professionalism of AI‑generated outputs, ensuring they reflect real‑world sales practices, commercial judgment, and the standards expected in high‑performing European and North American markets.
Your expertise will guide AI models to produce reliable, practical, and well‑reasoned solutions across pipeline development, account strategy, negotiation, forecasting, and customer success contexts. Key Responsibilities
- Develop high‑quality B2B sales tasks, scenarios, and model solutions that meet expert quality standards across prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, and deal execution.
- Review and refine AI‑generated sales interactions and workflows under senior guidance, incorporating calibration feedback to strengthen accuracy, professionalism, and commercial judgment.
- Apply standard criteria established by the Functional SME Lead to ensure all outputs align with best‑practice sales methodologies and expectations common in European and North American markets.
- Validate the relevance, clarity, and strategic soundness of sales reasoning, customer engagement approaches, and deal‑management logic to reflect real‑world AE performance.
- Iterate on task design, evaluation methods, and solution frameworks to continuously enhance AI capability across enterprise selling, negotiation, forecasting, and account growth scenarios.
Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience & Skills Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a high performance, quota-carrying Account Executive in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated success managing full sales cycles end‑to‑end, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Proficient with leading CRM platforms—including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics—and skilled in leveraging them for pipeline accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Extensive experience in consultative and solution‑based selling, aligning offerings with customer needs, business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong capability in opportunity qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, stakeholder mapping, and driving deals through each stage with discipline and strategy.
- Ability to design realistic, high‑fidelity sales tasks covering discovery, qualification, objection handling, proposals, negotiation tactics, and closing approaches.
