At Estrada International Staffing Solutions, we’re looking for a Finance Officer who can maintain clean general ledgers, support timely reconciliations, assist with payroll and statutory compliance, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day accounting activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow, learn, and contribute to a high‑performance finance function.
Core Responsibilities:
- Preparation of accurate financial reports by maintaining up‑to‑date ledgers, validating entries, and ensuring timely monthly and quarterly submissions.
- Drive end‑to‑end account reconciliations—bank, vendor, customer, and internal accounts—resolving discrepancies proactively and ensuring clean financial records.
- Manage the full cycle of payables and receivables, enforcing proper documentation, timely processing, and strict compliance with internal controls.
- Take ownership of payroll execution and statutory remittances, ensuring precision, compliance, and on‑time delivery across all regulatory obligations.
- Champion budget management by tracking expenditures, conducting variance analysis, and contributing to financial forecasts that guide strategic decision‑making.
What You Bring:
- BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, backed by relevant professional training or early-stage certifications. ACA is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in core accounting operations—financial reporting, ledger management, reconciliations, payables, receivables, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify variances, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
- High personal accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy in every financial transaction and report.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient mastery of Microsoft Excel (Modeling, Power Query) and experience with accounting software/ERPs.
