Your Mission:

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, providing deep-dive analysis into variances, trends, and performance metrics.

Strategic Research: Conduct thorough financial research and market intelligence to advise leadership on investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and industry benchmarks.

Process Innovation: Identify inefficiencies in current financial workflows and design innovative, automated solutions to streamline reporting and accounting cycles.

Consulting-Grade Accounting: Manage complex accounting tasks, including tax compliance, audits, and internal controls, with the precision and standard expected in a top-tier consulting environment.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide rolling forecasts that reflect real-time business shifts and research-backed projections.

What You Bring:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of core accounting experience, with a mandatory background in a consulting firm or professional services environment.

Analytical Rigor: You are naturally research-driven and possess the ability to "see through" the numbers to identify underlying business drivers.

Reporting Mastery: Exceptional skills in financial reporting; you can present complex data in a way that is clear, actionable, and visually compelling.

Innovative Mindset: You are not content with the "status quo" and are always looking for ways to use technology or new methodologies to improve financial accuracy.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (Modeling, Power Query) and experience with robust accounting software/ERPs.

Education: A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Professional certification (ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
