About the Job

The Field Sales Advisor will be responsible for driving sales of the companys energy products through direct field engagement. The role involves identifying prospects, converting leads, and building lasting customer relationships while meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and onboard new customers within assigned territories

  • Promote and sell the companys energy products to households and businesses

  • Conduct field visits, product presentations, and demonstrations

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience selling energy-related products or services

  • Proven field sales experience with target-driven performance

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively

  • OND/HND/Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline
