As part of its operational expansion, the organization is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, ensure service excellence, and drive operational efficiency across assigned locations.

Role Summary
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned sites, ensuring the efficient delivery of waste management and environmental services while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will lead operational teams, manage resources effectively, monitor performance, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities
Site Operations Management

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop work schedules and allocate resources to achieve operational objectives.
• Monitor operational activities and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and operational assets are properly utilized and maintained.

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Ensure staff comply with operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine site inspections and implement corrective actions where required.
• Investigate operational incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records relating to safety, compliance, and operational activities.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, community representatives, and relevant stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to operational concerns and service-related issues.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives by ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

Resource & Asset Management

• Monitor the availability and utilization of operational equipment, vehicles, and materials.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize operational downtime.
• Manage inventory and support procurement requests for site operations.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor site performance against established operational KPIs.
• Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Escalate operational risks and challenges to management in a timely manner.

RequirementsEducational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 4–6 years' experience in site operations, facility management, waste management, logistics, construction, or a related operational environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
