Salary: ₦300,000 Net Monthly

Role Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients. The BDM will work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping the company's growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Present and promote insurance products tailored to client needs
- Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
- Provide regular reports and updates to the MD/General Manager
