Job Title: Senior AI Trainer- Sales Manager/RevOps- Europe, US

Employment Type: Short-Term Contract (2 Months)

Work Schedule: Minimum of 4 hours per day (up to 40 hours per week) with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Sales Managers and Revenue Operations professionals across Europe and the United States to serve as Senior AI Trainers, helping shape advanced AI systems designed to support modern go‑to‑market, sales‑execution, and revenue‑operations workflows. In this senior role, you will design, evaluate, and refine complex sales‑management and RevOps scenarios that mirror real‑world commercial environments—spanning forecasting, pipeline governance, territory planning, sales process optimization, performance management, and cross‑functional revenue alignment.

You will review and elevate the work of other contributors, ensuring all outputs demonstrate strong commercial judgment, operational discipline, and regionally relevant best practices. Your expertise will guide AI models to produce reliable, context‑aware, and strategically aligned responses across sales leadership, GTM strategy, data‑driven decision‑making, and revenue‑engine optimization.

As a senior trainer, you will also influence rubric development, mentor junior team members, and drive quality consistency across pods operating in Europe and the US—each with distinct market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and sales‑execution cultures.

This role is ideal for seasoned sales‑management and RevOps professionals who want to combine their commercial expertise with emerging AI technologies and play a pivotal role in building intelligent tools that support revenue teams across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high‑complexity sales‑management and RevOps tasks with gold‑standard solutions that set the benchmark for forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and GTM operational excellence across Europe and the US.
  • Review, calibrate, and elevate the work of other trainers, ensuring strong commercial judgment, data‑driven reasoning, and adherence to pod quality standards.
  • Identify and escalate true edge cases, rubric gaps, and ambiguous operational criteria to the Functional SME Lead for clarification and alignment.
  • Ensure all scenarios and solutions reflect real‑world sales‑leadership and RevOps workflows, including territory planning, process optimization, performance management, and cross‑functional revenue alignment.
  • Mentor junior contributors, refine task‑creation frameworks, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen overall pod performance and AI capability in sales‑execution and revenue‑operations domains.

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience heading sales teams, revenue operations (RevOps), or sales operations functions

Preferred Technical Competence

  • Core Competencies: Deep fluency in modern CRM and RevOps tech stacks (Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot), pipeline analytics, forecasting methodologies, territory design, quota allocation, and sales‑compensation architecture.
  • Deliverable Excellence: Proven history of producing executive‑grade outputs, including territory models, variable‑compensation frameworks, revenue‑forecast models, deal‑desk policies, and pipeline‑performance dashboards.
  • Analytical Strength: Exceptional ability to dissect complex sales funnels, diagnose revenue bottlenecks, and evaluate multi‑variable commercial‑strategy models with precision.
  • Operational Precision: Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing high‑difficulty task scenarios, ensuring operational accuracy, dataset integrity, and technical completeness.
  • Communication Mastery: Superior written communication skills for crafting complex corporate scenarios, detailed evaluation criteria, and gold‑standard solutions.
