Job Title: Senior AI Trainer- Financial Investment & Analyst- Europe, LatAm, North America

Location: Fully Remote

Eligible Regions: Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Canada, Columbia, Europe

Employment Type: Short-Term Contract (2 Months)

Work Schedule: Minimum of 4 hours per day (up to 40 hours per week) with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Compensation: USD $29 per hour

Role Overview
We are seeking highly experienced financial analysts and investment professionals across Europe, Latin America, and North America to serve as Senior AI Trainers, contributing to the development of advanced AI systems used in global investment research, portfolio management, and financial‑analysis environments. In this senior role, you will design, evaluate, and refine complex investment scenarios spanning equity and credit analysis, valuation, forecasting, portfolio construction, market commentary, and risk assessment.

You will review and elevate the work of other contributors, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards of analytical rigor, methodological consistency, and regional market relevance. Your expertise will guide AI models to produce reliable, defensible, and context‑aware financial insights that reflect real‑world investment workflows, regulatory expectations, and market dynamics across diverse geographies.

As a senior trainer, you will also influence rubric development, mentor junior team members, and help establish quality consistency across pods operating in Europe, LatAm, and North America—each with distinct market structures, reporting norms, and investment practices.

This role is ideal for seasoned investment professionals who want to combine deep analytical expertise with emerging AI technologies and play a pivotal role in shaping intelligent tools that support analysts, portfolio managers, and financial institutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high‑complexity investment‑analysis tasks and gold‑standard solutions across equity research, credit analysis, valuation, forecasting, and portfolio strategy, setting the benchmark for pod quality.
  • Review, calibrate, and elevate the work of other trainers, ensuring analytical rigor, methodological consistency, and alignment with regional market practices across Europe, LatAm, and North America.
  • Identify and escalate genuine edge cases, rubric gaps, and ambiguous financial‑analysis criteria to the Functional SME Lead for clarification and refinement.
  • Ensure all scenarios and solutions reflect real‑world investment workflows, including defensible assumptions, risk assessment, regulatory considerations, and market‑specific dynamics.
  • Mentor junior contributors, refine task‑creation frameworks, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen overall performance and AI capability in investment‑analysis domains.

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, credit, equity research, or corporate finance.

Preferred Technical Competence

  • CFA, CAIA, MBA, or an equivalent qualification; substantial front‑office or investment‑desk experience may also be considered.
  • Expert knowledge of valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable‑company analysis, precedent‑transaction analysis, and asset‑based approaches.
  • Advanced financial‑modeling capability across three‑statement models, LBOs, mergers, credit models, forecasting frameworks, and scenario analyses.
  • Proven investment judgment in evaluating opportunities, assessing risks, challenging assumptions, and delivering evidence‑based recommendations.
