About the Job
The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the companys technology infrastructure. The role requires a proactive professional who can troubleshoot issues quickly and support business continuity across all departments.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level technical support to staff across the organization

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals

Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and internet connectivity

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

Ensure data security, system backups, and adherence to IT policies

Support core insurance applications and business systems

Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues
Requirements
-
4–5 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting

Experience supporting enterprise or business applications (insurance systems is an advantage)

Good understanding of IT security and data protection practices

HND/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage
